ORDERS
Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the state of New York. The current rate is 8.625% of the price of the merchandise; shipping costs are not taxable.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: You card is charged when the order is placed.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: In-stock orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as the order has not been shipped. Custom and special orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order online. To cancel an in stock order, please send an email to info@rubybeets.com and include your name and order confirmation number.
SHIPPING
Q: When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
A: In stock items usually ship within four business days (72 hours) from when you place your order. You should receive the order within 10 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location. Made to order furniture pieces require 6-8 weeks for production before shipping. Some items as noted require longer for example Made to Order Rugs take 90 days.Please check text for your item.
Q: Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
A: Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping form you can specify shipping is different than billing
however, that we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Q: Do we ship internationally ?
Ruby Beets is currently not set up to ship orders internationally. Please email info@rubybeets.com for info re international shipping.
